Woody thats the problem. Yaacov has a responsibility to have the share value be accurately reflected in its price. I think all would agree the price is not accurate at this point and yet Yaacov chooses to leave it very low. Why would a CEO want his stock price to remain very low? I don't know what the reason is but there is a reason.
