I do not understand you. Yo pumped the stock for months and then told everyone you sold 21 million shares and made a profit.Why do you care now. It's obvious they have something
tangible the way the stock is acting this time. All the info
you gave us I gave and questioned over a year ago. Right now
if they come up with something really concrete this stock could go to maybe 5-10 Cents over the next 3-6 months. I am no fan of these guys as you can check my previous posts but
my gut feeling is that they landed something and will announce
it in the coming week or so. This can put them on the map
for a while. I also bought alot at 0.0001 and sold off some
because I know from the past what has happenend, but circumstances may launch this company into the pennies very very soon. it's obvious that someone and new people are
being attracted to this stock from the volume you saw over the
few trading sessions. Certain people are getting in before
all the info comes out. If this is a farce there will be some
big time pissed off people that in my opinion will go after
the individuals personnally for civil and criminal charges which will not weigh well for them in this current financial
enviornment and they will have a hard time dealing with the
state and government agencies who have tons of lawyers and money to investigate and do what they have to do. But if they
really have something all will be forgiven because the stock
will go up which will make eveyone happy. Then no one is going to care how much this Royce makes. The preferred I think he has to buy it at the conversion price of 5 cents per share for which I would sell him my stock. If he reverse splits and then converts, it will be obious that he is a control person and the SEC would do something. I do not believe he is that stupid. Plus there are many ways to challenge the issuing of same. Time is on our side and
all the things that they have done like dilution, no shareholder notifcation, misleading press releases in conjunction with heavy volume before releases etc can come full circle to haunt them in the end if this company fails.
They are running out of time but my gut feeling is that they
latched onto something good from watching the way the stock has acted. Somebody knows something or was told something or you wouldn't see this kind of volume with support that they never had before. This is going to to the peenies in my opinion very soon or it is a big fake. I think it's going north.
