Veolia Transport is where the Labwire contract applies. This was all discussed when the Form 10 and exhibits were filed. Veolia Transports has revenues of $8.2 billion per year. It is the #1 private transportation operator in Europe and North America.
Not all of Veolia Environmental is using Labwire services ... yet. But other divisions can start using Labwire at any time under the existing agreement already signed.
It takes time and expense to transfer testing from other vendors to Labwire. It doesn't happen overnight or when the contract is signed. Over the course of 2009 it will happen imo.
