Actually, we agree. He should keep his mouth shut, say he does not know, etc. And he does speak for the company. But when he is wrong, it is not a lie.
For the record, it is a lie if he knew (or knows) the truth, but tells us something different. In the case of a public company, such as CLYW, this then becomes criminal as well.
As far as I know, this is not the case here. George has been responding to inquiries, often with bad information. Inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading? Yes. Intentional and Criminal? I don't think so. George and/or this company has not been lieing to us.
