this will be the final shake for shares before obama signs stimulus bill. after signing we could see the mother of all runs. i'm not selling, down about 12 cents, wish i had sold at 1.35 and rebuy now!! need that crystal ball or a better sense of the market. for now i wait till next week and hopefully it's a major change on wall street.

if etfc is not going for the tarp money it would be the conditions set by the gov. the execs, may want to keep the high pay and bonuses in place.
