They may have it already. Who knows? There have been a lot of eyes that have actually saw SpoozToolz at work. Some of these guys might just throw $10K at the drop of a hat just to get a piece of the action. We just never know. But we will know as soon as finacials come out quarter after quarter.

There is another point to consider. When all this started I said it was unfair to do the offer without telling us if they always intended to do a R/S prior to 3 month holding expiration. Well that is what they intended all along as some of you thought from the beginning. So why not just do a R/S. Well it appears to me they truly intended to give us, the initial investors a break and not make us take the full blow of the R/S. Maybe they did not think they would have needed to dilute so severely but the SWARM problem forced the issue. SO the surrender scheme to help lessen the blow. If this is true now that the R/S is done adding back some of the OS from converting Pref'd may not be so critical now. Not getting the PPS up drastically may not be a huge problem. Thus 3 months holding rather than 6-12 or whatever you choose. They gave us a chance to avoid the worst of the R/S loss and we could take or leave it. Personally I think it will be very difficult for them to move this fast enough to exceed .22 or even come close. But then again anything over .02 roughly they don't have to put all the os surrendered back in the pot. Sure they want to get it as high as possible but I doubt the target is anywhere near .22.

Maybe later than sooner there will be another R/S to allow uplist to the big board. Once this is really proven and plenty of customers. Thus if for awhile the OD goes up a bit due to the pps vs conversion back issue may not be so critical. All this said because I think the 3 month holding is not long enough but they will take any OS reduction that scheme allows but they will not lose sleep if the PPS does not rocket to .20 within 3 months. Anyone buying now should do quite well though so it won't be many shareholders angry about not taking a surrender offer. The % of them at that time should be MUCH smaller than now. We will all be looking to the future by then not so much at the past. Just a thought.
