Let's look at this as a percentage thing. If you have 10 people in power...how many become corrupt for more power once in power? Chances are knowing the facts based on history more than 50% become corrupt...a lot more. You don't even need a poll to run the numbers. Look at history. The answer is dictatorship. This leaves you with at least 50% with no corruption, which is far better than history percentages have proven. Of course, as long as you have someone honest in power. But who will put that person in power knowing if he will be honest. The people through deception, that person through corruption, or a higher power. But we know what not to try here in AMERICA...
