If you don't have a separate app, the easiest way is to hit the "PrtScn" button, then open Paint, and click edit/paste.

Then just save the file in jpg (or jpeg) form, since that is likely the smallest size, so you can send it to Bob.

Click on Print Screen. On my notebook it's PrtSc. That puts a picture of your screen on your clipboard. Go Start, Programs, Accessories, Wordpad, right click Paste. That opens a file with your screen shot in it.

On the net, go to http://www.pbase.com/ post your pic, copy the link to Bob with the function. There you are.

It also works in MS Word and probably other word processing software.

I thought the chart /chart would work with the address box at the top of your screen, but DOH!, it would only show what's on Bob's server in lieu of what you see.

Actually, I think you can insert the word processor file of the screenshot into an e-mail and save yourself a lot of hassle.
