that is wishful thinking and we all have alot of that here and now. stating as FACT that the phone lines are down (personal and company) is a lie, whether intentional or not.
nothing personal about it, but lies will not be tolerated....and everyone is entitled to wishful thinking as long it is not a proven lie (which would then be subject to deletion).
