Yea, but I don't want the share count to increase by 10%. It is great that gold up 30 dollar buy AGT is down, all the day traders are fleeing AGT. Then big news hit, they can pile back in, at much higher price!
I am assuming the warrant holders may exercise warrants to buy APG.to stock at $.50CA (only $.05CA away).
Am I wrong?

PS> Just wanna make sure nobody is misinterpreting the deal. That said, since the stock price was driven down so hard by the recent big seller, I assume that any new financing deal being worked out would be at a lower price than $.50CA per share, so I don't see any damage from starting the moonshot right now...
