His example was screwy.
The value of your preferred shares are not changed due to price of commonshares now or later other than to gain 20% advantage. You received $1000 for every 1 million common shares you surrendered. That amount does not change as the current Common share PPS changes OK? So yes he loves to screw up his math LOL

would i have received $150,000 or $150,000 (plus the discount) worth of ONCP at the time of the conversion? it now makes sense to me that the common stock price will be driven up if the latter is true. The higher the price, the lower amount of shares you will ultimately receive.
