but until you know the pps at conversion time the quantity is an unknown. Yes they will come back into the OS but for now the quantity is unknown. So what number to you report???? That is why I think in 3 months we will see the os start to rise from convertion to commonshares.

I agree with you that we need to consider them now but how they are report "on the books" OR NOT is a good question.
