Traderfan. Mentally we should but I am not sure they will show up in the offical OS. I doubt it. In real sudited financial would they show up under fully diluted? They are not tradable so why would they be in OS. I would think they would be added back converted back and would come out the AS portion not included in the OS. Just my guess on the matter. Anyone know how they will be reported.
