Haven't you heard 4God?? It is Obama's plan to balance the budget..appoint only tax cheaters and make them pay their taxes before being confirmed...Actually..I believe he cheated and didn't make the mistake..if it was a mistake how come it took the appointment to get him to pay...and if he made that simple mistake...why would anyone want him to be the one to oversee the IRS ?? IMO..no mistake..just got caught cheating...
