Tadaaa, this statement from Tom, "unlock the value of Hackett’s to Seaway’s shareholders" . How did Seaway common shareholders benefit from Tom's unlocking of Hacketts, the only revenue generating vehicle in Seaway's portfolio, if anything shareholders got steamrolled!
This same question was asked of the SEC and I am awaiting response.
