The approval in China is based on the label, not the bottling facility.
Once the water get to China, they do perform a test, basically to make sure that whatever they are claiming on the label is what's inside the bottle.
These guys are probably talking to a facility who is also using the same spring source as Iroquois did.

York Tang is Aquagold's main guy in China who supposedly has all the connections to distribute water to China, which Manuel Da Silva can or cannot attest to.
Manuel, Daniel, Paul, Horace and Marco used to work together. They all know what's the truth, sharing the truth is a good question.
My guess is, York Tang is THE guy, and whoever is left and still standing next to York would be winner. Just my guess. You can't really expect a foreign company landing a millions of dollars deal in CHINA without a well connected Chinese guy in between.
