Should NEOM's patent be upheld I expect there to be a spike in pps. Can you PM me an email address or phone number so I can contact you. I'd like to discuss this company with someone familiar with the patent process. Back in 2004 I never would have imagined that NeoMedia could have any of their patents revoked. The million dollar license agreement with Digital Convergence (CueCat) was enough evidence for me to conclude that NeoMedia's intellectual property was novel. I am disappointed that ScanBuy was able to out do NeoMedia in terms of success. I read a recent press release from ScanBuy stating that ScanLife will soon be preloaded on all LG phones. Where did NeoMedia Technolgies go wrong?

I expect BIPH to make a significant move on February 24th when their patent is issued. I may buy into NEOM should I make a good return on my investment (my gamble).
