IPOR, rs was 12/19/07. def-14c said you had to own 100 or more on or before 11/19/07 to get the round up.

also said 99 and less would not be affected, anybody buy 99?

also talks about turning in certs once you get a letter of transmittal.

no wonder I didn't buy it.lol

Somehow, if I recall (and I may not, lol--been too many...), the DTC got "instructed" to tell brokers that "beneficial owners" don't count, ie, "awarded only at the participant level."
