Hasn't stayed higher since Curtis took over the shell. Apart from a fleeting glance at 80 cents this is all it has done. That is in what, some two years? That's including all these herculean leaps forward in infrastructure, production, contracts and partnerships.

Hear me when I say, if there are any skeletons in the closet count on some faithfully P.O.ed shareholders.
