Really? Please show me this, do you understand what the word DEFAULT means? Equipment? Really where is that ocean going dredge?
There is no institutional interest, no institution would touch this with a 10 foot pole. The JV is convicted criminal with a long past of securities violations regarding the same onshore site they are touting now ROFL!
