the project being fully funded in NH has nothing to do with NY case ... and further more ,,, this is a rumor as of this point, a rumor off a blog from a disgruntled jon edwards (( and it does not cover lawyer fees in crude by LLEG in the process)

once I see proof, via a real pr or email from MBB I will take it as it is...

and the funding is for the site development, landscaping, boiler reconfiguring, land development, etc,,,, not LLEG marketing, and company monthly fees ((( only fees that are directly the result of the NH project -- architects fees, construction companies, demolition teams/crews, etc )))

so beyond that, yes the company is broke for the most part!

as an after thought and a by the way, ford, gm, most banks etc. are also broke. And hopefully. so are some or their lawyers.

The project in Berlin is funded. The reality that this guy cannot pat his attourneys, in Ellicottville, shows how desperatley this company needs to start making electricity.
