Well the problem with you Nuk is that you don't present this stuff as it would be your opinion only. You come out and say that we are a OTCBB stock while it's 100% sure that this is impossible as long as there are no filings. I don't know why you don't just agree with that, maybe tough you have no clue at all what it takes for an uplisting.
Dilution? Heck I don't know, fact is that they couldn't dilute lately because nobody was even buying the ask at 0.0001 so how could they dilute? I guess they diluted enough until the no bid appeared and they were living off of this, they don't have a lot of overhead, almost nothing I guess.
I know that you guys think that they did the R/S in order that the share price doesn't look so bad, I ask you then why not do a R/S of 10000 if that is the main concern here? Would be a lot better eh? We then had a share price of 1 dollar. Doesn't that look better to the outside? Isn't that your main arguement?
I know how long it will take to get money into these funds, even with stellar returns, 1 month is nothing, almost laughable for real investors. BUT if they can continue like this then it will be interesting in 12-15 months from now. No doubt about that.
