never heard of cell food..wonder what enzyme they use for that.. In my house I was to blame for any bad food decisions..I did all the cooking and shopping..but also had to take into account other peoples food interests.. A good friend pointed me in the right direction concerning what to eat and what not to eat..and had me look at some things online...that was the start of my Diet change and workout plans.. And now that it is just my Son and Me...the meals are easy..just get him a bucket of Chicken nuggets from McDonald's and he is happy..LOL JK..but he is pleased with what I serve and I explain to him why...He still eats a lot of bad stuff..he is still young..:^)
