blukky, that's a schedule 13G filing that needs to be filed if you hold more than 5% of the outstanding shares {OS}. This particular filing is a little difficult to wade through but it basically says that their position of 5M+ shares hasn't changed much at all. Barclays is not the 5% holder, or holders, that MAY be/have been liquidating, or lessening, their position(s).
