IMO, the jury is still out on this one. There are too many variables that we still don't have good information on. The key one is Market Cap as determined by Revenues times some multiplier. With this kind of return, 141 Capital may be able to add clients fairly fast and the multiplier may be well above average if it becomes an exciting stock in the marketplace. Just some opinions to consider. Looking forward to Monday and GLTA

I know you and I debated the decision, at length. I will truly enjoy watching this unfold....either way.

I think we will see this completion on Monday. There was a reason for everything and we are now getting a small glimpse behind the curtain. I will probably call my broker on Monday, because now it will be a race against time to get our shares back into "common" status.

I converted about 99% of mine due to the PR that basically said they encouraged investors to do so. I still had faith in management at that time with any doubts like some have had. So I did as they instructed believing I would be rewarded in the long run for my faith in them.

At first when I saw a 175:1 ratio, I was really pissed. Why was I converted to 1000:1 and these guys get a better deal. Then I remembered that my shares are worth $1 each!

I quickly did some math and a smile came across my face. I saw in black and white that I have a great chance to make a real nice gain over here for waiting 2 years so far for things to develop between the 2 companies. Now as long as we can get more common shares back than those that did not convert, all the sweeter
