I have several low PE growing stocks in my portfolio that are US based. A diversified basket of these type of stocks is primarily how I invest as I've found that it gives me the highest return. In fact I have had higher returns than the market for every year since I started investing in late 1999 and have been investing/trading full time for my own accounts for the past 3 years. The reason that these work well is that they are undervalued to begin with and are growing which means that they will be even more undervalued in the future. These stocks are undervalued simply because the story hasn't gotten out. Eventually, over time they are discovered and appreciate considerably.
