Steeler, we are ALL too numb by now, to react to your post. I am thinking that most of us here are doing 'postmortem due diligence'. I offered up the thought, a long time ago, that this was ALL a purposeful charade, including an exit strategy on the UPZS part of the scheme of things. Look, JV is a jerk. He doesn't believe in paying bills; except for the bills, via troptions or worthless stock, that kept this scheme going long enough. He knows what bankruptcy is all about, as he's done it previously. The A-hole knew what he was doing, bragging up the fake stuff,..and once he went 'public nuisance'... his problem just manifested when some investors were actually believing in his spiel, and thanks to the help of Harris, he had to open up some "call center", to make it all go 'good-looking'...(red flag, LAND CONTRACT!...no future there..) Again, using money that wasn't his, to promote stock that he could dump, and be able to be put it into a secret. undisclosed, un-named bank. All IMO, but I'm not alone. Wood™
