Monday might be a love fest.

The close Friday was strong.

The congress appears to have worked out their issues on the rescue bill.

And the next TARP plan should be out Monday or Tuesday.

Art Cashin said this could be "the mother of all rallies" for a few days.

It's still a counter move from within the bear market, but boy have these been profitable.

We hit $1.30 afterhours and settled at $1.29.
