i think that your presumption has merit and is directly
related to the postponing/continuation of the final count.

there probable were a lot of nae's and abstained votes
originally. it is hard to promote an idea without
guidance to the outcome.

kind of like telling someone to vote their conscience
but i won't taint your vote by presenting what i think
about the situation. no politiking.

hopefully the 26th will be the finally.

Agreed Krays...I suspect many of the shareholders of record from July 25 have sold and taken their losses...and not apt to vote in the affirmative...especially with no guidance...JMHO

Thanks to Pal and Uphillride for clarifying the financials...let's not forget about the BSX licensing fees or the MDT consulting fees...too much sunlight can be blinding...JMHO

Seems one of our DES stent imaging licenses with BSX was based upon architecture designed to eliminate the Faraday effect, my memory is not what it used to be...any ideas?
