Hello group and Happy Friday! It looks like the market is positive so far today, that is a good sign.
I don't like to leave things to supposition so let me say I contacted Daniel through the SEC filings (as you already know) and asked him for some points of contact at DNAP. He did not offer me any assistance, and as he said our conversation was very short. I was not getting my calls returned by DNAP, and tried to reach them at the offices several times. Subsequent to that conversation, I did get an opportunity to communicate and meet with an officer of DNAP at their rental unit.
Mr. "Fox" visited out rental unit at BREL Park, which DNAP occupies. He knows the appearance of the unit. He asked me if the available rental unit advertised on a sign in the front was for the DNAP space. I answered no it is not. He asked me a few other questions, which he accurately related back to the group.
Some new developments have occured but in the interest of my relationship with DNAP, it is not appropriate to disclose them.
The actions of a landlord in a commercial lease situation is strictly defined by Florida statutes. I cannot enter the unit and remove equipment without a court order.
