Can you please tell us how this has anything to do with SPNG. he is a investor... Shouldn't you be trying to tell us the 8k isn't coming and not that an investor had a lawsuit???

Anyone who has stock can sell. I don't have a problem with that. Doug cannot sell his 41 million shares. They are in certificate form. The company is doing great. Stock has to catch up.
