Ugly nope. Management has control of all voting rights etc with Series b. Now if you where going to buy in for millions think you want to make a deal with management for a say? That is why what will happen has nothing to do with what OTCBB is doing to price. It's about earnings for fiscal 09. What buyer and management agree on for price based on that. That is why I say results will determine what happens not OTCBB and how it can create way over or under valued market caps.

OTCBB is all over the place with prices vs results. Much worse then big bds that tend to trade more based on results. Not surprising when so few cheap stocks make money.
