Since I'm one of the posters raising this issue, I'll speak to my motivation. The non-RM share count is going up rather than down. That concerns me and I think it concerns some others.

Like Whip says, it is kind of immaterial. These concerns are not yet large enough to induce me to sell. However, I believe others are selling over these concerns, and the share price is now 1.5 cents +/-, which sucks.

I believe one of the big groups is trying to get detail on it (the 227M) from Steven and, you are correct, if there were a buyout being considered, they would have to know exactly how many shares are out to purchase (very accurate share structure), so would then need to track all the detail down.

But speculation is the right word here.
