SIAF, no rumor here..

Company finishing up 3 year audit according to CEO. Madsen and Associates is the PCAOB firm handling it. They intend to file a form 10K/S-1 to up list. Was trading over $.60 back in December. According to unaudited numbers, .09 EPS and book over $1 per share. They are making money so there has been no reason to promote the company.. they want to change that according to CEO.
