Invest, I agree but I still believe the extra money is going towards issues which in the long run will benefit all of us. Some of these issues/projects we are already aware of and some, as of yet we are not. Some people have pointed out we are still waiting for the outcome of the Ellicottville action. If memory serves the law suit is alive and well and although the justice system can take a long time, there is always the possibility of an “out of court settlement happening anytime." IMO it seems there are also things none of us have any idea about which funds may legitimately be needed for. For instance and unless I have missed something, the following falls into this category.
