I am not sure where you are seeing this, but if you are referring to the ADR, that has always been there based upon the sites I use (i.e. Nasdaq.com)

If you are refering to the "Status Alert: Deficient"... again, I am not sure where you are seeing it, but it probably refers to the last PR regarding Nasdaq delisting. They filed an appeal, got an extension and will still be trading on the Nasdaq, but they may have that verbiage attached to it right now.

Deficient just means they've got the letter from Nasdaq for reasons already discussed here and in news and filings.

American Depository Receipts is what you're trading here, the common stock only trades in Tel Aviv.

Here you trade ADR's, each ADR represents 10 common shares.
