They cant seem to get the votes for approval. Perhaps if they reduced the number of shares they are asking for it would help. I think there is a lot of mistrust by the shareholders caused by past experiences (wheter relevant or not) and they may never get the 800,000,000 shares approved. Dont think I am bashing. I am not and am here for the long haul.
