They said they were going to appeal the delisting... the fact that they appeal gives them an additional 30-45 days on the Nasdaq until the hearing. Then they have up to an additional 30 days for the Nasdaq decision.
So, the only way we are going to the pinks tomorrow is if they didn't appeal it. If they appealed it, it's an automatic extension.
