My opinion of what is happening here....If you notice, the morning was pretty busy, 2's were getting tapped. They took it down with that 5k block, signaling to drop it when needed to keep the people on the bid at .0001 encouraged to stay there, and to discourage the buying at .0002. No one wants to buy at 2 only for it to drop back to one.

I noticed that most of the time, they take it down with a 5k block and try to hold it in this manner.

How do you find time to do all of this with 4 kids and 9 pets?
