Part reducing rme shares. When done then not sure on timing but phase 2. It's right in the IBOX big player 2. LIke I said deal will be based on a reasonable price for what SPNG makes for profits now and over next few years. Not a crazy market cap OTCBB has created. It's about profits not what OTCBB does for big player and management to make the deal.

Also Doug has been saying with others the recapitalization plan. I wondered if they could do it but seeing phase one happening RME shares being retired it going to be IMO soon enough. While people get down on management they have been building profits. Because they have now they can deal with nss and stock price. Be impatient your loss not mine. For me a year is a short time in business and life. Can't build a big company in one year but can build the platform first. They have. Now watch what happens when new builder comes in to build that big house.
