this company is a scam and a diluted pic. perhaps an email action running to dilute further worthless paper. All PRs are fluff without numbers!

Don't believe ANYBODY! Just read the plethora of PR's over the last 3 years, and match them against a 3-year chart. That's all the info that you will need.
