Well eye_ater, I was pointing to the process with a timeline in response to your post.

The SEC does not have to sign off on it, so your "slant" was untrue.

The action is "preliminary" and as such the "ball" rolling forward is not "unstoppable." Take that as a negative slant if you will, but it is the truth...

And if you thought 30 days +/-, why not say that as opposed to just SEC sign off and SoS filing, which infers a shorter time span?

And to be fair/clear, they announced "beginning" the process on 1/15, so they have already taken 2 1/2 weeks to get to here when it could/should have taken a lot less (the point I made a while back in mid-Jan postings)...
