i hve posted that as dollar strengthens gold will go down. stock market will go up, when gold euro dollar are released. until gold and dollar and market diverge completely, and gold becomes "free" on its own, it wont rally

Fwiw, I also subscribe to the school of thought which decrees that future 'de facto' devaluations in other currencies will enentually turn gold into a more desirable purchase in those currencies.
