Have you read the entire 600 pages? I've seen a list of what the bill includes and it appears on the surface that it will either create jobs or save existing jobs.

That's a right-wing talking point. Actually, it's called the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan".

"...spending bill" - That label came from Rush/Sean. Most people realize something HAS to be done to stimulate our economy...the current bill is WIP (Work in Process) and when finished it will reflect what is needed, not wanted.
