Gbathat, I appreciate that you still conduct dd, and share what you find with the board, which is refreshing. So, I thought I might share a little of my dirt digging as well.

I was thinking about the possibility that there may be other discussion threads out there that are presently discussing the Bloomberg Tradebook and the excel add in. My thought was to find combinations of Excel and the words: Bloomberg, Bank of America, etc. What I started with was discussion boards and to no surprise, Investors Hub, Spooz board came up many times. However, additional links surrounding the recent Excel add in have surfaced, which I have attached below. Note, that the NBE link may be the most threatening, but what this appears to be on the surface is trading modules dedicated to trading derivatives for the Excel add in. (Notice Penson is there?) I'm still attempting to obtain additional research for clarification regarding the information found but have become sidetracked and at the present unable to concretely confirm whether the add in is our little Spooz. Based upon what is contained below, there would seem to have been a problem with the add in as it related to the Microsoft Excel 2007 version, service pack 2 as far as updating in real time data from the Bloomberg feed and the Visual Basic script info.... Also, Bank of America + Excel turned up a piece of discussion thread whereby individuals were diligently working to resolve an excel problem just prior to the November 18, 2008 PR release of the counterparty with Bloomberg. The problem related to being able to clear the additional unwanted information within the cell.

Ok, I think this might get interesting here. It all makes sense now for me.

That's why Hensel never wanted to speak about SPZI. That's why he deleted his profile about SPZI. That's why he never answered any SPZI question at all, even if it was about Tradebook and the integration of the product when apparently that is what Kaitrade should have done with ST2. That's why they removed all the SPZI documentation from the Kaitrade site.

There are 2 possibilities now in my view. The first one is that Paul sold SPZI for nothing to Unwin and then this would be fraud of the highest level. Or Unwin just renamed ST2, did a few program changes and will now sell it to Bloomberg and others, that's why it takes until the end of Q2 to do so. That's why Mike at Bloomberg was right about integrating ST2 into Tradebook, what he didn't know probably was that the product is now renamed and SPZI shareholder will get nothing. This would be fraud too.

Now I wanna hear from the cheerleader fraction here. Any strange feelings about the whole situation? :-)

Right now it seems that the product has some merits and probably really gets sold to Bloomberg but without us participating. Anybody of the cheerleaders want to start the lawsuit? Allie possibly? LOL
