Even if that's not so, it shouldn't be difficult for the corporation to become active again in Florida, (as you said, "they basically have to file a report and give them a few dollars,") which isn't, as they say, a "showstopper."

They have been dissolved' by the State for almost six months. The fee is trivial and the form is simple. They are aware of the issue because it was brought to their attention by this board months ago. It is useless to claim that they don't need to do it, since they have been paying the fee for years and so must have thought it necessary.
