Some here don't get it, Dr. Pandey is the only one that stood up for the
common shareholder. He was against the BK and still doesn't want the
common shareholder loosing everything we have invested here.

The bond holders are slowly headed in the same direction,
they might loose everything they ever invested here also.

These other smucks don't give a damn about us, they never did!

RE: why would the good Dr want to take control of Xkem and all those shares we own. When he can start a new company...new drugs and no headaches.

Think back when all those loans were signed, whose name was signed at the bottom.....along with personal backing.

He has a lot to loose/gain and would like this turned around as much as us. Maybe even have the share structure changed proportionately to the original agreement.
( A nice thought )

PS: I shouldn't have posted that last post to you, I know you also beleive in DOC.
There are a few here that seem to think differently.
