You are contradicting urself. On the one hand you are saying WWEI got better credit (low interest financing) which Ningxia wanted and on the other hand you are saying that the deal was called of despite the better credit.

Anyway, I was never counting on this deal and if you notice my problem is not with the deal falling through but with the way in which WWEI handles PRs by issuing PRs (almost always) prematurely.I did express my displeasure about these untimely PRs to Tammy once before and I would strongly urge others too as well.

If today’s NR is too believed then it doesn’t appear that financing was the issue. “Due to the terms of the JV, specifically, the lack of operating control for a 49% working interest, Welwind management decided to withdraw from participation in the Windfarm, effectively terminating the JV.”

Until said otherwise credit was not the issue. Again “The company's primary objective is to provide the best return on investment for its shareholders. The company is seriously considering its involvement in projects that do not allow a controlling interest or do not allow long term stability in its financial interests.”
