Lee V IMO has held PSPM back for awhile now. He needed to make sure that Purespectrum had it rights in China inregards to certain filed paper work to keep the product safe. Dubai is this week and China after? hhmm, You do not need to be a stock guru to know that he is in all likelyhood going to Dubai to sign financial contracts and then going to China therafter to check on the production line and meet with the China lawywers.

I will state here and now 1000% PSPM will close above one U.S. green back PS prior to 2009.
