I suppose a call to the comapny or the TA could give us confirmation or correct AS.

Not really curious IMO. We have one MOD right now, and he's been verifying a lot of DD rather quickly.

Pinksheets has the A/S @ 250,000,000 MIL as of Feb. 9, 2007.

The filings may have a more current share structure.
